Yes, there is 3 hours free parking (between the hours of 9am – 3pm) in the main car park and at the two other car parks nearby. You need to display a ticket for these three free hours and for any paid parking within these hours.

Parking between 3pm and 9am is free and no ticket is required.

Yes, we have Sky Sports, BT Sport and Amazon Prime for all Premier League games. We also show all major tournaments including World Cups and Euros.

Hire

Yes, all tables and chairs are included in your hire charge.

You are free to decorate the hall but we ask that you use blu-tack only. If you use any fixings that cause any damage to the walls, it will result in you losing some or all of the deposit.

Unfortunately not – our minimum hire for a Saturday night is for the Whole Hall which includes a bar service and tables/chairs.

No, all drinks must be provided by our bar. For any hot drink requirements, a tea trolley can be provided for an additional fee.

Yes, but please note that due to restrictions on our licence, all fire doors must remain closed when music is being played. The band or DJ must set up between the two single fire doors or in the far corner away from the fire doors on the driveway.

DJs / entertainers must not use dry ice or smoke machines in the building as these will set the fire alarms off. Hirers are liable for any costs incurred by false fire alarm callouts.

For all event / party hire – yes, you do. The deposit is an additional amount to your hire charge and secures the date for you. It then acts as a security deposit in case of any damage to the premises during your event. Assuming all is well, this deposit is returned to you the week following your event.

Yes, we have 100 stretch ivory chair covers which we can add to your hire for £2 per chair.

No. We do not provide these but they can be hired in from local companies such as Hopes Balloons.

Yes – Children’s parties have a fixed cost includes the use of tables and chairs. We are flexible on the timings allowing time to set up and clear away either side of the party.

Access can usually be from 9am, to be confirmed at the time of booking.

On a Saturday we do ask that you are packed up and out of the hall by 4.30pm so we can ensure the hall is ready for an evening hire.

There is no time restriction on a Sunday, although we do close at 8pm!

For Friday and Saturday night parties/events, the bar will close at 11:30pm. Any music must finish at 11:40pm when the lights will be turned on. Any DJ / band / entertainment should be encouraged to pack up and leave promptly – all equipment must be removed that night. Guests should leave by midnight.

Your hire fee includes tables and chairs and a clean-up charge, so you set the hall up as you want it but at the end of the night you do not need to put the tables and chairs away.
We just ask that you take your presents and personal belongings and any decorations and/ or food that you want to keep and we’ll clear the rest.
